Your role
You will be a member of a growing team responsible for requirement management for our submarine and surface ship projects. The team is responsible for ensuring requirement engineering within our organization, creating and managing database structures, overseeing requirement quality, deviation management, and handle customer interaction regarding requirements. The team also offer support to other requirement engineers within our organization to ensure that we fulfill our customer needs.
Your role will include tasks all throughout the life cycle of a project, anything from creating the requirement structures for a new project to handling formal verification with the customer during the back end of a project.
Tasks will include:
* Develop, maintain, and follow up on, the requirement master plan
* Develop requirement structures in the requirement platform
* Follow up on project status regarding requirements
* Plan and follow up test procedure development
* Plan and execute efficient customer meetings
We are first and foremost looking for a colleague to join us at our office in Malmö, but may be open for placement also in Karlskrona.

Your profile
To thrive in this role, you are an influential person with great communication skills. You are used to efficiently collaborating with team members as well as other stakeholders; your unpretentious nature ensures team success! You are structured, have a systematic approach, and have the ability to grasp complex issues and create solutions in line with company objectives.
Required skills:
* Bachelor of Science or similar
* A few years of relevant experience
* Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, verbal and written
Desired skills:
* Doors requirement platform
* Project experience related to complex product development
* Requirement Engineering certification (e.g. IREB)
What you will be a part of
You will collaborate with experienced engineers and professionals in an environment that fosters career development and personal growth. You will be part of System Safety & Requirement Management whose core business is system safety, fire safety, requirements, and verification, as well as operational & functional analysis.
The team consists of engineers with various backgrounds that will support you in the daily operation within our projects.
System Safety & requirement Management is part of the Business Area Kockums.
