hela Sverige We are now looking for a Requirement Engineer to join our dynamic and diverse team. We need a talented individual who can think outside the box and balance the hard processes of practical and specific demands from the product and technology perspective with the soft processes of creative thinking.
As a Requirement engineer, the key role is to translate the stakeholder targets into quantifiable product requirements in a S-Specific, M-Measureable, A- Achievable, R-Relevant, T-Time bound (i.e., SMART). These activities are managed in close collaboration with System Engineering and Product Development teams within the project from PCI (Product Change Initiation) through several Development Loops until FDG (Final Development Gate) and secure to develop and deliver optimized spare parts assortment enabling uptime for customers thereby providing excellent aftermarket business throughout life time of the truck.
This is done by harmonizing the requirement management processes and structures as well as by developing common and shared product architecture definitions, functions, systems and modules. The role expects to proactively drive developing of new technical concepts; analysis, verification, and validation together with engineering team.
We expect you to have a dynamic ability to communicate to a diverse audience and to contribute to secure optimal spare parts solution for profitable aftermarket business and provide end customer high Uptime, Quality and Cost.
You should have at least 6 years proven experience in the automotive industry, fluent in Swedish and English (oral and written), and thrive on being part of a multi-disciplinary team. You possess strong business and continuous improvement mindset with a keen eye to details and are able to prioritize your work, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, always strive to be part of finding solutions.
You are structured, analytical, have a holistic view. You have a positive outlook on life, excellent communication skills, drive for results and a strong ability to create smooth and lasting relations and networks with the people you work with. You are a team player with the ability to create win-win solutions.
You have a Master?s in Automotive or Mechanical Engineering.
