Our projects and maintenance situations are both large and small and of different complexity and there is certainly a role that suits you and your experience. You will be managing the requirement work either in cooperation with external suppliers and/or with in-house (H&M) solutions, often working in distributed teams and with a lot of international contacts.
As a Requirement Analyst you are communicative, driven and confident in your role as a Business Analyst. You take initiative, responsibility and are creative. We are now recruiting Requirement Analysts for different projects and maintenance situations within Logistics, Global Online Expansion, Buying and Production and Sales Store.
Your responsibilities
The job of an H&M Requirement Analyst comes with lots of responsibility and lots of fun. Your to do-list includes:
• Plan, and drive the requirement work together with the business and with your team
• Assist the business to understand the impact of, and prioritize between different requirements
• Gather, clarifies, analyse, evaluate and document the requirements
• Analyze and assess requirements based on business goals and IT strategy
• Be responsible for driving requirement meetings and facilitate workshops
• Communication with different stakeholders about needs and solutions
Your skills
Just like everyone at H&M, we believe you are a social, open, communicative, sales-minded and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism. You have the ability to adapt to new conditions, you can inspire, motivate and create a good atmosphere around you. You are self-driven, analytic, and structured.
And your skills include:
• About 2-5 years of experience working as a Requirements Analyst within business and IT
• Experience from documenting requirements and practical experience in writing Users Stories
• Ability to communicate about problems and solutions, both at a business level and a technical level
• Ability to adapt to how new business and IT solutions works
• Ability to facilitate workshops
• Experience from TTD, Test Drive Development
• Genuine interest in process development and requirement handling
• Fluent in Swedish and English
It's a merit if you are used to a agile way of working. It's also a merit if you have experience from working with retail, e-commerce, offshore/distributed teams and experience from a global company.
Travels will occur for some of the requirement roles.
