We are offering you an extraordinary journey with our continued Global Online Expansion, where every new market is a new challenge in scope and experience.
You will be a part of H&M Online, which is one of the world's largest fashion stores and meet our customers in all digital touch points. We currently have e-commerce sites in 23 markets but our goal is to be a fully global fashion brand, which means we will grow fast in the coming years.
The platform is under further development as a part of the Global Online Expansion (GOE) program. The mission is to establish e-commerce sites for the H&M brand in selected countries. The platform is built, maintained and operated by an external provider.
As Requirement Analyst in Payment Online you will be responsible for analyze and document the business needs for the solution. You will ensure that the supplier solution and internal interfaces are set up in line with the business requirements and make sure that documentation of requirements, design, test, decisions and organization is done and maintained in a controlled manner.
To be successful as a Requirement Analyst you are able to balance between solving 'here and now' problems and issues with long-term focused changes. You thrive in a fast paced environment and have a driven nature.
The position is based in Borås, but occasional travel is expected to Stockholm. You might also have the opportunity to visit our suppliers delivery sites outside Sweden.
Your responsibilities
The job as a Requirement Analyst comes with lots of responsibility and lots of fun.
Your to do-list includes:
• Work with requirements from idea to implementation and assume responsibility for the documentation
• Support the business in the different processes and build relationships
• Coordinate requirements with suppliers, H&M maintenance team, business and projects
• Collaborate with other areas within IT to assure delivery
• Support and be a sounding board for business, architects and testers
• Constantly search for improvements in the requirement process
• Lead workshops and report status to stakeholders
To be able to fully perform the above tasks the Requirement Analyst will work independently and in close relationship with the business side, suppliers and other areas within the IT department.
Your skills
Just like everyone at H&M, we believe you are a social, open, communicative, sales-minded and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism. And your skills include:
• Experience in SAP. It is merited to have experience of the Finance and Controlling modules
• Solid experience from requirement engineering in development project or maintenance situations,
• Knowledge of requirement handling such as methods, modelling and documentation
• Good understanding of the digital media business and understanding of the technical aspects of web, e-commerce platforms, online payment methods
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
It is a plus if you have experience in working with external vendors of IT services, managed service and/or offshore situations.
