hela Sverige Epiroc is looking for an interim Reporting and Consolidation Systems Specialist in Stockholm!
We at Epiroc work with the mission to drive the productivity and sustainability transformation in our industry where our customers turn to us for higher productivity, safety, and sustainability. As an interim Reporting and Consolidation Specialist, you will work in our Group Systems Service-team and have ownership of a part of our Consolidation system. You will be responsible for gathering requirements and developing new functionality to meet user 's needs. This assignment can be undertaken as a subcontractor or as a hired consultant via Ada Digital.
The Opportunity

Your Challenge
Together with the team, you will be responsible for Epiroc 's Group Financial systems (SAP BPC, SAP BW, AARO Lease, EINS). Your main responsibility is developing and maintaining high quality, efficiency, and availability of the tool used to report our results to the stock market. A large part of the role is understanding the functional business requirements and translating them to functionality in the reporting software. You will also:
* Improve our setup and make the system easier to use for the end users, using tools such as SAP BPC (EPM Add-in), VBA, SAP BW
* Global collaboration to move new developments into production and maintain our documentation. Improve our setup and make the system easier to use for the end users.
The Team and Work Place
The team today consists of 8 professionals and committed colleagues who collaborate daily with the mindset of working together to ensure knowledge transfer, high quality, and availability. Beside the closest team, you will work with business controllers, the VP of reporting and other stakeholders.
We use a flexible working arrangement and combine working from home as well as at the office. Our office is in Sickla.
About You
We believe you have an ability to work with a broader perspective and are a service minded individual. You don 't shy away from responsibility and are used to taking initiatives to create value for the business. Furthermore, you are analytical and enjoy sharing your knowledge with others.
Technically, we expect you to have prior experience of consolidation tools and advanced Excel skills, where working with SAP BPC is advantageous (EPM Add-in Excel based). You are also experienced in gathering financial and reporting requirements and translating these into technical solutions. It is meritorious with knowledge in VBA scripts as well as a familiarity with SAP BW, SAPHANA, or other SAP products.
