Your mission
The mission of the GSS (Group System Services) team is to introduce new requirements as well as secure and improve the overall quality, efficiency and availability of the Epiroc Group Consolidation system ECS (SAP BPC), SAP BW, EINS (Intercompany matching system) and Salmon (Sales statistics). The team is mainly based in Stockholm but have team members on global locations, and work tightly with the Group Financial Reporting and Control team of Epiroc.

It is a temporary role with a starting date as soon as possible until January 2024.
The ECS system (SAP BPC) is the key component for the legal and operational reporting of the Epiroc Group. As part of the legal reporting, Epiroc is committed to send out their data each quarter to the stock market. Failing to do so would have a major impact on the value of the shares and thus the ECS system needs to be considered the most critical system inside Epiroc Group.
Your main tasks will be to support the monthly reporting process ensuring smooth data flow from different systems. You will solve various ad hoc issues raised by Epiroc companies globally via virtual Service Desk. You will support maintenance of different applications and reports. You will train and support customers and colleagues in the different financial systems and tools (e.g. SAP Business Warehouse - reporting platform, ECS - (Epiroc Consolidation System, SAP BPC), AARO - used for IFRS16 reporting, EINS - (Intercompany reconciliation) and Salmon (Sales Monitoring).
The position reports to the GSS (Group System Services) Manager of Epiroc Group. The GSS team is an established team in the Epiroc Group, part of the department Group Financial Reporting and Control.

Experience requirements
You have 1-3 years professional experience in reporting with interest in IT or 1-3 years technical experience with interest and knowledge of financial systems/processes.
You are fluent in professional English, both in writing and speaking.
Good IT skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel is a must
It is a plus if you have experience/knowledge from Consolidation/planning systems(SAP BPC, Hyperion, Cognos Controller, Tagetik, OneStream etc) , Financial modules and/or from systems as SAP BPC, BW, ERP systems such as SAP ECC, S/4 Hana, IFS, M3 etc.
As for your personal skills we are looking for someone that can embrace a dynamic, multinational and multicultural environment. You are a self-driven, service minded individual that likes to help others.
You take own initiative during daily operational tasks and in the projects assigned and can strong analytical and problem-solving skills to perform troubleshooting
We are looking for you who is a team player who enjoys to share knowledge, information and experiences with colleagues abroad. You have excellent communication & collaboration skills and are not afraid to ask questions.

Location and travel
The position is located in Sickla, Stockholm, Sweden. Occasional travel can be required.
This is a temporary assignment with a start day as soon as possible, until January 2024.
