The Finance department comprises today Financial Control with 8 employees and Accounting with 13 employees and within Accounting we looking for a Reporting Responsible.
Purpose of the role:
• To deliver accurate and timely internal reports to HQ and driving reporting improvements to reach a Best Practice reporting process.
Key tasks and responsibilities are:
• Reporting: Plan and execute all stages of the reporting process on a monthly basis in R/3 and in BOFC (BO Financial Consolidation).
• Continues Improvement: Proactively drive reporting improvements with focus on error elimination and Best Practice.
• Communication: Network within the organization, with HQ and other Tetra Pak companies.
Publiceringsdatum2011-05-17KvalifikationerWe are looking for a result oriented person with good knowledge in reporting processes. You have a good accounting knowledge and you are a team player but you also have the ability to work independently. You should be fast at learning the business and processes in the company and be able to provide qualitative work despite of tight deadlines.
You have a diploma in finance with several years of experience or a university degree with some years of experience from similar work. You are familiar with SAP R/3 and have good knowledge in English, both verbal and written.
