• Minimum of 5 years of progressive and diverse working experience in business economics or financial planning & analysis and financial modeling
• Proven advanced training in finance, statistics or equivalent
• Demonstrable experience in database tools such as MySQL & dashboarding tools, strong advanced skills in MS office tools such as MS excel, PowerPoint
• Experience of product/project based budgeting, financial forecasting, predictive modeling
• Experience in retail and/or eCommerce
• Experience in operating significant business unit level budgeting and forecasting
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trustful relationships
• Number person who loves to analyze data

You have knowledge in following areas:
• Deep understanding of financial and performance measures
• Handling large set of data & managing database tools
• Good knowledge of how to conduct financial research, data analysis and resolve financial problems
• Knowledge of building financial modelling and reporting
• Deep knowledge of forecasting methods, predictive models
• Deep knowledge of data/information models and landscape
• Good knowledge of Data science and data analytics
• Working knowledge of agile ways of working and specifically with regard to budgeting and funding models for Product/Agile delivery
• Knowledge of IKEAs corporate identity, core values and vision of creating a better everyday life for the many people

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for development and maintenance of dashboards and analysis activities related to Group Digital internal and external performance follow up and metrics
• Responsible for developing, maintaining and documenting KPIS specifically related to Group Digital
• Perform ad-hoc deep dives to analyze performance of Group Digital in close cooperation with Data Analysts.
• Drive and maintain operational definitions and attributes of reporting objects and metrics
• Do detailed analysis on accuracy and validity of data used for performance measures.
• Contribute to the overall enterprise development agenda of analytics and reporting related capabilities.
• Based on stakeholder feedback/requests and best practice continuously develop and improve standard reports and artefacts
• When needed, train and support other digital teams/roles with BI/analytics related competence and tools.
