Job Description
Vattenfall Consumer Sales Nordic is looking for a Reporting Analyst to support the journey toward a data-driven culture. In this role you will transform complex data into usable reports and will use your strong communication skills to advice others and take them to next step of becoming data savvy. You will work closely with sales and marketing experts as well as with other analysts in Helsinki and in Stockholm.
Your tasks and responsibilities
Gathering and analyzing reporting requirements from business stakeholders
Participate identifying KPIs and measurements needed for reporting
Preparing data for the reporting
Hands-on development of PowerBI reports, making data easily accessible for business users through dashboard and report automation
Deployment and management of PowerBI reports
Being go-to-person on issues connected to reporting
Organizing training and coaching sessions for teams and business users across sales organization
Qualifications
University degree in a relevant field
Professional experience in the field of data analysis, business intelligence, visualizations or the creation of reports and dashboards
Extensive experience in Power BI
Good skills in programming (SQL/DAX)
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Strong communication and excellent stakeholder management skills
Experience with cloud-based data solutions, preferably on Microsoft Azure and/or Databricks, is considered an advantage
Fluency in written and spoken English and Finnish or Swedish
