Description
Are you a service minded, result oriented person who likes to work in close cooperation with internal colleagues as well as with suppliers?
Parts Supply Chain is our central organisation for managing our global Packaging & Processing spare parts and includes central and regional distribution centers and maintenance unit workshops, supporting our colleagues in the clusters. Our aim is being a world class logistics provider.
Within Planning & Development, our top focus is to improve the global availability and optimizing stock utilization in order to improve growth, efficiency and customer satisfaction.
We are now looking for a Replenishment Officer to join our customer oriented team. Your overall responsibility will be securing availability of Spare Parts for customer deliveries. This is done by scheduling and running batches for automatic Purchase Order Creation to our suppliers, follow up on supplier's order confirmations to secure timely answers and perform follow up if needed.
In this role you will work in close cooperation with Supplier Management as well as with our suppliers all over the world.
Main responsibilities
• Monitor and follow up on purchase orders
• Invoice handling
• Handle incoming questions from our Market Companies and Part centers
• Daily contact with suppliers
Qualifications
As a person you are customer focused, result oriented, have an analytical ability and you prefer to work in a structured way. You have very good communication skills, take initiatives and you like to work in close cooperation with others. Furthermore, you are good at problem solving.
To be successful in this position you need to have some previous working experience from customer service, supplier management or from similar operational purchasing. Relevant education is seen as a merit.
You have excellent English skills both verbally and written.
