REP (Rotating Equipment Performance) Solution Offer Manager
Overall job description
Strategically drive the global development and act for the deployment of a cluster of REP-Solutions to ensure global standards, uniformity and quality and efficiency in delivery of REP-services in the SKF global network. Drive the replication of strategic services in tight alignment with REP Centres in order to ensure uniformity and quality in delivery and speed in implementation in the global network. Drive the continuous development of capabilities, applied technologies and innovative process for optimum efficiency and high value delivery. Develop and implement cluster services strategy and set up team objectives, priority programs and supporting initiatives to fulfill SKF Services & Solutions overall plan.
Accountabilities
Support the implementation of the SKF REP Center Processes & Technology in tight alignment with the REP Center cluster
Drive development, ensure deployment and replication in the global REP Center network and Service Cluster with a uniform approach.
Develop service knowledge through "REP Center Standards", outlining the know-how for local capability set-up and efficiency and high quality delivery of the service.
Ensure knowledge transfer throughout the SKF REP Center Community
Interact with SKF REP Centres network to find and develop synergies, knowledge and resource sharing
Develop and provide advanced training to SKF REP Delivery experts in the global SKF Network
Continuously follow the market technical trends and events and translate these into SKF REP Center strategic programmes and business opportunities, ensuring the offer portfolio is enriched.
Set up team objectives and priority programs, lead and coordinate projects roadmap and activities.
Experience
10+ years' experience from the bearing business industry.
Deep knowledge of Condition Monitoring and REP
Experience from leading a team with a drive to motivate and coach others.
Qualifications
Tertiary education. A degree in Engineering and Business Administration
Demonstrated direct sales experience to industrial end users, including plant and C-Level positions.
Sound negotiation skills
Sales, service and customer driven
Computer literacy
Demonstrated achievement of stretch goals and objectives
Valid Driver's Licence
