BESKRVNING AV TJÄNST / KRAVPROFIL:
Renthia provides a safe, smooth and free full service solution for those who want to rent a home or rent second hand. We act as your own butler during the leasing process, and if problems arise with the home. Renting housing can seem complicated, but we do sublease to a first-class experience - without the need to sting the wallet. Renthia is a unique service partner on the rental market. We offer our customers a digital platform with a physical addition via our Local Hosts.
Assignment:
As a Local Agent you will give your best service to our customers. You are not responsible for handling any discussions or answering questions that are not a part of your education. You are working with our potential, new and old customers and you should provide them with help during the whole process via 4
assignments that takes between 30 - 60 minutes each.
1. Personal meeting - a meeting with the landlord where you help the landlord with pictures,
inventories, defects and other important information about the property.
2. Showing - you show the rental object for potential tenants.
3. Key delivery - you welcome the tenant to his new home.
4. End inspection - a meeting where you control inventories, defects and cleaning in the rental object.
You must have / be the following:
1. Minimum 20 years old.
2. Opportunity to work on flexible working hours.
3. Citizen and resident of the county in which you want to work.
4. Communicate in English.
5. Be available, minimum 10 hours / month.
