As the B2C Manager in the After Sales Marketing team you will manage the overall B2C Communication and loyalty programs. You will also have a central role in the campaign coordination as well as defining and follow up the yearly marketing plan. In the position as the B2C Manager you will also create and implement new communications material and catalogues.
Job description
Coordinate, define and follow-up implementation of the Aftersales Marketing plan
Coordination between Product Managers and suppliers.
Development and management of the CRM programme, from setting up the communication to daily/monthly management of the communication to the end customers.
Control the CRM-process between address supplier, Printers and Advertising agency.
Create new communication material and catalogues and secure stored volumes at supplier.
Keep the marketing tool updated and management of marketing tool supplier
Organize and execute implementation meetings with the field teams six times a year
Regular contact with dealers marketing coordinators, as well as organising yearly meetings and seminars in co-operation with the marketing communications team.
Qualifications
Academic degree in marketing, business or finance.
A couple of years experience from previous roles such as marketing coordinator
Good knowledge of English and Swedish
Good knowledge in MS Office and CRM
Danish is an advantage
To succeed in this role you need to be organized, accurate with good communications skills as well as being service minded. We believe that having a strong drive to meet deadlines and to work independently is necessary to succeed in this role.
