hela Sverige Now we are looking for an Administrator to Renault Finance Nordic, Renault's wholly owned bank branch. As an Administrator, you become part of a team of driven employees who work in the Nordic market with varied tasks in an international environment.
Job Description
• Daily monitoring of billing flow from Renault (especially cars and spare parts)
• Manage the company's stock financing (payments, conversions, financing terms, credit limits, etc.)
• Managing and supporting car dealers in our web-based payment system (validate payments, reports, etc.)
• Update interest rates to dealers and Renault
• Remind dealers on late payments in cooperation with our Credit Analysts.
• Administer contracts and other information from dealers
• Produce reports (monthly / ad hoc) to the management
• Administration of the incoming electric vehicle contracts (batteries) and provide data for commission payments
• Educate and assist dealers and partners about our conditions for electric vehicle contracts
• Have a high school degree in economics or equivalent or have at least a few years of work experience in a similar position.
• Fluency in Swedish and English, verbal and written
• Good skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
