In the role as the Product Manager Services you are responsible of driving and developing the range of services Renault Finance is offering the Swedish and Danish car market. This consists of the service product definition, the pricing, the daily management and the marketing. You also define and develop the reporting tools for service activities. Finally, the Product Manager Services has the overall responsibility of CRM for Renault Finance.
Products: Maintenance contracts, extended warranties, roadside assistance, car insurance and credit insurance
Responsibilities
• Define, maintain and develop Renault Finance's offer of services, in close contact with the Sales and After Sales department of Renault
• Define pricing of the services in cooperation with Aftersales, Headquarter and insurers
• Answer questions regarding tenders and price inquiries for service products from the Sales department
• Ensure that the products are recorded and reported in Renault's system (with support from administrative resources)
• Manage different databases in order to define and extract customer target groups for campaigns. Follow-up and analyze results
• Develop the customer loyalty program and communication strategy in close cooperation with the CRM Manager and the Aftersales Manager of Renault
• This list is not exhaustive and other similar tasks will be required
Education, knowledge and skills
• University degree in Marketing or another related field
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
• Experience in managing CRM tools and databases
• Previous experience in the car industry and/or knowledge of the products is a plus.
• Very good skills in Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluency in English, French is a plus
To be successful in this role you need to be a team player who is a contributor and able to handle multiple tasks. It is essential that you are a self-starter and have strong time management abilities.
As a person you have strong analytical skills, is business and solution orientated and have ability to coordinate and operate internal project forward. Experience in product development and market analysis is a requirement as well as good understanding of processes and systems.
