About the Role
We are currently looking for 1-2 motivated appointment setters to join our growing recruitment agency. In this role, you will contact companies through our CRM system and book meetings for our recruitment team, primarily within the hotel, restaurant, and construction industries in Sweden, Denmark and Norway.
This is a fully remote position with commission-based compensation.

Responsibilities
• Contact companies through our CRM system
• Book meetings for the recruitment team
• Work towards clear targets
• Participate in training sessions and follow-ups
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who:
• Is driven and results-oriented
• Has strong communication skills
• Is organized and responsible
• Is comfortable working with commission-based pay
You do not need to speak a Scandinavian language, but it is considered a plus. Fluency in English is sufficient for this role.
Previous experience in sales or appointment setting is a plus, but not required.
