What do you need to have?
To be successful in this job, we see that you have at least 5 years of relevant work experience. What is relevant? It could be that you have worked as a program manager, scrum master for software or similar. You have SW or electronic engineering development experience, and preferably in an agile environment (we love agile!). A university degree can always be a good thing - especially for this position within computer science or engineering, but if you have equivalent experience that's fine too.
We see that you have some sort of leadership experience from before, this is not a first-time job as a leader - you need to have hands-on practice.
We are a global company, so if you have worked in an international environment before that will be an advantage. And for that reason, you must master the English language.
You are inclusive, communicative, team oriented, customer focused. One part of the job as we see is that you are committed to participate actively in the management team for the section.
You are curious and continuously searching for new knowledge! We like a hands-on approach to problems - learn by doing! Find new and better ways, and motivate teams to do so as well.
