Scania is now undergoing a transformation from being a supplier of trucks, buses and engines to a supplier of complete and sustainable transport solutions.

Your role is to coordinate and facilitate the Agile Release Train events and processes and assist the teams in delivering value.

You will communicate with stakeholders, escalate impediments, help manage risk, and drive improvement.

You will also assist with project management in projects where tool support is needed and agile release train has not yet been defined.

Your profile

As Release Train Engineer we are looking for someone who:

• Is passionate about agile system development
• Has a good understanding of scaled agile and knowledge about SAFe
• Has an good knowledge of project management and has administrative skills
• Is a dedicated team player and understands the need for collaboration
• Has a university education within IT or equivalent experience

You are happy working in a team, but are also capable of working independently when required. You are an accomplished communicator with good social skills. You adapt easily to and dare to drive change.

By joining us, you will take part of an exciting journey towards higher level of digitalisation enabling safe and efficient vehicles, and a better and more creative workflow for Scania 's engineers.
