As a Release Train Engineer at Toyota Material Logistic Solutions you will be responsible for the successful planning and execution of our Agile Release Train (ART). You will be a key part of the digitalization of the intra-logistic business by taking advanced software products to the market. In addition to your individual contribution, you will be a strong change agent in our journey towards a Scaled Agile implementation.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Facilitate the ART events and processes and assist the teams in delivering value
Stakeholder Interaction: Effective at creating and presenting to mid/senior level audiences, balancing contradictory expectations
Actively working with all stakeholders of a product/solution
Establish effective program governance, processes and systems to be utilized.
Manage program development activities including Product Increment Planning, monitoring and applying performance management techniques
Schedule and lead status follow-up and review meetings
Lead and coach the project team members
Your profile
We think that you have a basic knowledge of how software is developed and you have a few years' experience as a people manager. Furthermore, you have proven skills in coaching and growing high performing teams.
As a person you are positive, structured and pragmatic and bring energy and drive to the teams you work with. You focus on solving problems without prestige. You are truly a "do-er", willing to get hands-on solving any problems needed to help the program move forward. Fluent English as well as Swedish.
You have at least 5 years relevant experience within a product development organization, including both SW and Documentation that are released as a well-defined product in regular intervals. Proven knowledge on a mid/senior level within Project Management .
Experience of SAFe is a merit.
