Coach and inspire people with your Servant Leadership in Autonomous Vehicle Development
Would you enjoy working in an international environment and to collaborate with colleagues from different organisations within Scania and Traton Group?
Are you up for the challenge? Join us in the shift toward Autonomous vehicles!
Who we are
We are a team working both within Battery Electrified Vehicles and Autonomous. There is a great mix of backgrounds, experiences, and competencies. We exchange knowledge and experience to support each other, and we are motivated by finding solutions together. We always try to deliver the best solutions to contribute to Scania 's success. You will feel welcome from the very first day that you start.
Assignment
Autonomous Transport Solutions at Scania is one of the key areas in Scania's strategy of "driving the shift".
You are the team and flow lead for Autonomous Vehicle Installation, an organization of 50 colleagues. You will not only be at the forefront of technology by developing the autonomous future for the whole logistic industry but also have the chance to form Scania's agile way of working and pass on the gathered knowledge to the rest of the TRATON group.
You can read more about the RTE role in general at the SAFe framework homepage.
Your profile
We are looking for a creative person that motivates others to deliver excellent results. You enjoy working in a dynamic world where agile and conventional development methods co-exist.
• Previous experiences of leadership as a manager, project manager, RTE etc

• Servant leadership mindset and well structured
• Good communication skills for interaction with different persons in various positions
• Comfortable with presenting and facilitating larger groups in English (written and orally)
