To meet the customer needs more efficiently, we are now taking our Value Coordination Flows (VCF) to the next level, where new Value Creation Teams (VCT:s) are established.
We now have two open positions of Release Train Engineer, in VCT ePropulsion and VCT Bus Chassis and we look for you who want to be part of our journey and who will take on this role.

Your role
The Release Train Engineer is one of the three pillars of the triad that manages the respective VCT, whereas the other two pillars are the Product Manager and the Architects.
As Release Train Engineer you have the overall responsibility to ensure the flow and the efficiency of the work done in the VCT. You will coach the VCT in continuous improvements and Lean-Agile practices. You are also responsible for facilitating the VCT events.
You will be reporting to the section manager at KNRH and KNRV respectively and be part of the section's Management Team.
Your Profile
You are a true team player with the ability to enthuse your surroundings. You are persistent and capable of analysing complex questions and you have a good understanding of the way of working at R&D. Your ability to build relationships and a broad network within the R&D functions are of high importance. It is important that you have leadership experience and experience working in a management team. You also have a deep understanding of the Lean-Agile values and principles. You have a technical university degree, and we expect you to be fluent in English.
