Seating Engineering is a section within Interior department. Seat ART is one of the ARTs delivering products with high quality and clear ownership, to the In Car Experience product stream, where it develops front and rear seat structures, upholsteries, tophat and comfort systems. We are now looking for a Release Train Engineer within Seating Art of In Car Experience!

You will be a member of the Product Management team as well as the section management team and we offer the possibility to grow and long term development within a continuously growing area that have a bright and exciting future ahead and where you have a direct influence on customer satisfaction. What you'll do

As a Release Train Engineer (RTE), you will by driving and organizing the Agile Release Train events and assist the teams in delivering value to the larger solution/system. You will assist the execution, feature/capability completion tracking and report status. You will drive relentless improvement and contribute to drive change throughout the whole department. You will also drive to remove and escalate impediments, manage risk and help the ART to ensure delivered value.

The Seat ART includes eight development team; two structure teams, four complete seat teams, one small part team and one comfort and detection system team.

Do you fit the profile?

You are a strong leader; good at organize as well as inspire others to perform to reach the common goal, you create confidence and make things happen!

You have a university degree within mechanical or mechatronic engineering or equivalent work experience. You are senior in interior automotive product development, working methods and program execution. You are still eager to continuously learn and develop your skillset in Seating technology/development.

You always apply a holistic and strategic approach and are comfortable to cooperate or lead people in different levels in the organization. You do have the courage to take decisions and be accountable. You are flexible and performance driven. You are a great communicator able to create visual communication and used to hold presentations in English.

Experience and training in Scrum/Agile/Scaled Agile work practices is a merit.
