On this journey of transformation, the mission of our Value Creation Team - Efficient Transport Functions is to help our customers reach their destination in the most efficient way. Simply put you will help our customers maximize the value of the energy stored in the vehicle. We do this with our team of teams set up where we need someone to keep our daily operations going and build a strong agile culture that supports our product and software development.
We are now looking for a motivated Release Train Engineer (RTE) for the Value Creation Team - Efficient Transport Functions, who will guide and support our complete Team of Teams to secure that we deliver in the right pace and to the right quality to our customers.

Your assignment

You are expected to:

Enable your teams to deliver value to our end users fast, with a Product focus over Project focus.
Create an environment of psychological safety and mutual trust in which every team can concentrate on value delivery and relentless improvement within the complete VCT (Value Creation Team).
Understand the entire VCT flow of value and focus on identifying bottlenecks that impede a smooth value delivery for the product and feature teams.
Ensure that every VCT ceremony will deliver the expected outcomes.
Create prerequisites for improvement/development of the Way of Working with agile processes.
Who We Believe You Are

Additionally, we believe that you:
Have several years of experience as a Release Train Engineer, Scrum Master, Object Manager or Project Manager.
Are well familiar with the Agile way of working (e.g. Scrum and Kanban), meritorious if familiar with the SAFe framework.
Are convinced in the strength of a good, agile Way of Working with a clear structure.
Are comfortable in expressing yourself in front of both big and small audiences.
Continuously improve our Way of Working together with others.
Speak English fluently (German and Swedish is a plus).
