Release Train Engineer (RTE) - Vehicle Dynamics Agile Release Train
Can you see yourself managing and optimizing the flow of value within an Agile Release Train (ART) while successfully delivering high quality advanced vehicle dynamics functions to our customers?

Join Chassis Technology as an agile release train leader in the exciting journey to develop the future Volvo group Vehicle Dynamics systems.

This position offers you the challenge to facilitate the ART events and processes and assist the teams in delivering value, in the form of advanced vehicle dynamics functions for the future.

About the role
The Vehicle Dynamics Agile release train has been up and running for almost one year with an acting Release Train Engineer, and now the time has come to make this position permanent.

Communicate with stakeholders, escalate impediments, help manage risk, and drive relentless improvement are key activites. So if you believe in the agile way of working, this position offers you the challenge to be the coordinating person in the center of the development, with the opportunity to be part of developing new vehicle dynamics systems for automated- and electromobility solutions and applications.

In your daily work you will
Be involved in all aspects of the development lifecycle, from advanced engineering and into the maintenance phase
Facilitate and drive the PI Planning event and secure readiness by fostering the preparation of Vision and Backlogs, and through Pre- and Post-PI Planning meetings
Lead Scrum of scrums and train management meetings
Help manage and reduce risks and dependencies
Encourage collaboration between teams and other stakeholders to help ensure strategy and implementation alignment
Drive continuous improvements e.g. in way of working
