Our Challenge

At the ART Enabling Tools we provide intuitive Tools & Methods that enable this journey.

Are you passioned about optimizing the flow of value through the ART and simultaneous maintain the focus on delivery? Then the role as RTE for Enabling Tools is the place for you to prosper. Together we support the agile transformation and the new architecture and product structure. We develop tools including Methods, for System Design, SW release, Configuration Management, Test Management, Change Management and HW requirements as well as provide end user support (incl. user guides & training), all with improvement of the agile flow in mind.

What you'll do
You will be responsible for the Agile Release Train events and enable the team delivery of value to the larger solution/system. You will assist the execution, feature/capability completion tracking, remove impediments and report status. You will drive relentless improvement and contribute to change throughout the whole R&D organization. You will also strive to remove and escalate impediments, manage risk and help the ARTs and to ensure delivered value.

Your tasks:
• Organize, drive and facilitate the PI planning event incl. Pre- and Post-PI planning
• Assist with decision-making by facilitating feature and capability estimation and tracking by teams
• Help, manage and reduce risks, dependencies and impediments
• Work with product and solution management, product owners and other stakeholders to help ensure strategy and execution alignment
• Work with value flow and transparency cross VCC backlogs (Epic, Capability, Feature, Story)
• Define and facilitate the software integration flow

Competence is important
We see that you have at least a B.Sc. degree in Electrical, Data or Physics Engineering or equivalent and have some experience from programming. You will also need good understanding of the Agile Way of Working and Safe framework. Experience from both digitals and R&Ds development process will highly valuable.

Personality is key
You possess leadership skills, are a great communicator able to create visual communication and used to make presentations in English. You have a positive attitude, are self-managed and proactive, always keeping flexible. You are a team player eager to learn.

You are able to build trust and broad networks. You see the overall goal, recognizes the obstacles, and still ensure a way forward - and you get others collaboration!
