hela Sverige We are looking for an experienced Release Manager to lead and develop our software products and participate in improving our ways of executing our software deliveries
Your role
The Release Manager is a hands-on leadership role responsible for planning, tasking and coordinating the day-to-day activities of the development teams to achieve objectives and deliverables set by the product and project teams. As a Release Manager you will be responsible for overall planning and execution of our product and project releases including;

Coordinating, supervising and supporting the development

Confirmation of agreed scope of work and reporting financial result to steering group
*
Release of software product according to quality and safety regulations and standards
*
Improvement of automation of the software product releases
*
Participating in improving our ways of working related to process, methods and tools
You will have the key role and interface with the product and project managers, system architects, development teams and test manager, communicating progress to all stakeholders and also conduct Lessons Learned with participating teams. Our Saab ATM team offers an open warm setting with supportive Managers stimulating and challenging you for future development in our global operation.
Location: Växjö or Gothenburg (Lindholmen)
Your profile
You hold at least a bachelor degree in a technical field or have equivalent work experience. In addition, you have minimum 3 to 4 years experience in a similar role and have a great interest in technical and complex systems, preferably within Air Traffic Management.
To be successful in this position you need a genuine interest in software technology, the ability to motivate, engage and challenge yourself and others. You are a skilled communicator with the ability to create and maintain a broad contact network. You are experienced in an international business environment and are fluent in both spoken and written Swedish and English.
It is beneficial if you also have experience of;

This position requires that you pass a security vetting based on the current regulations around/of security protection. For positions requiring security clearance additional obligations on citizenship may apply.
