As Release Coordinator you will manage, coordinate and follow-up on our releases together with a Release Coordinator at our vendor. You will be responsible for coordinating the change requests, report status, deviations and improvements. As Release Coordinator you are the Single Point of Contact for vendor, business and other stakeholders for each maintenance release. The Sales Online & Marketing division at H&M's IT department develops and runs our online solutions. At Sales Online & Marketing we work with Digital Marketing, Payment Solutions and of course with our solutions and systems that enables Online Shopping for our brands. We are constantly working with exciting projects and initiatives, aiming to enhance our solutions and to create superior customer experiences for our customers.

Your responsibilities
The job of a Release Coordinator at H&M comes with a lot of responsibility - and lots of fun.
Besides previous mentioned responsibilities, your to do-list also includes:
• Responsibility for coordinating the change requests approved for a maintenance release.
• Responsibility for continuous improvement of the Maintenance Release Process in line with increased maturity level.
• Follow up milestones for maintenance release together with release coordinator at vendor.
• Working with continuous improvements of way of working and service delivery.
• Inform all stakeholders about upcoming maintenance release plans and schedule.
• Securing that;
o Maintenance Release scope is aligned to business prioritization.
o Maintenance Release scope is tested and approved prior to deployment.
o H&M User Acceptance Tests are planned and performed prior to deployment of a Maintenance Release.
Just like everyone at H&M, we believe you are a social, open, communicative sales-minded and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism. To succeed in this role we believe that you:
• Have a couple of years' experience from coordinating, planning, organizing and follow up on releases.
• Have a technical and system architectural understanding.
It is a merit if you have:
• Experience and knowledge of ITIL and IT Service Management processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Release, Capacity, etc.).
• E-commerce experience.
