The team works close with other countries and business and you will be part of forming the future shopping experience.
The Division Sales Store within H&M's IT department is responsible for the development and delivery of IT systems and related services enabling sales in stores across the H&M Group. The EFT payment team is responsible for the maintenance and delivery of payment solutions in stores across the H&M Group. Today EFT payment team consists of requirements analysts, project managers, release coordinators, architects and a IT Service responsible.
As a release coordinator you will be responsible for planning, coordination and rollout of new requirements or defect fixes of our payment solutions in all H&M countries. In your role, you will interact with many parties such as our business, country representatives and Payment Service provider (PSP).
The growing complexity of the solutions and many dependencies to other systems requires a specific focus on the release coordination activities in the release projects. Each release is a joint effort of several teams delivering cross functional and integrated features together. The challenges include the planning, coordination and management of several major releases and rollouts.
Your responsibilities
The job as Release Coordinator within H&M IT comes with a lot of responsibility - and lots of fun.
Your to do-list includes:
• Coordination of all system changes required for the release
• Plan and drive activities in the release plan together with the team
• Follow up on the release plan together with suppliers and other stakeholders
• Handle relevant dependencies to other systems and stakeholders
• Identify priorities, conflicts, dependencies and risks, and ensure plans are in place to mitigate risks
• Close cooperation with the other members of the team, business representatives, countries and suppliers
Your skills
Just like everyone at H&M, we believe you are a social, open, communicative and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism.
And your skills include:
• 1-3 years' experience of coordination of global project activities and deliverables
• Experience from release coordination of IT system
• Swedish and English, excellent communication skills in both speech and writing
• Experience from facilitate meetings both internally and externally
As a person you are solution- and result-oriented with the ability to organize and create structure. You are a diplomatic team player and can build good relationships.
It is beneficial if you:
• Have experience of development of integrated solutions in large enterprise architectures
• Experience of retail and/or POS systems
• Used to working with external providers
• Have an academic education within data science, science, business and economics, or equal
• Have an interest in technical and digital solutions
• Knowledge in additional languages
• Knowledge of ITIL
The work is located in Marievik in Stockholm and it is a full-time position. Some travel may occur.
