hela Sverige At GA Systems you will be part of the department for electrical design, which has ten designers working with cabinet and plant design. As Relay Specialist, you will support and coordinate projects and customer support topics. Another part of your role will be the responsibility for specifications, design, purchasing, planning, testing and commissioning of the units in delivery projects. You will create functional schedules, equipment specifications, configurations of relay protection, and system testing. You will be accountable for the timely delivery and tailored customer solutions, at the right price, functionality, and quality. You will also partake in technical discussions with customers and suppliers, as well as contribute to continuous improvements. This position will include the opportunity for both domestic and international travel.
The qualified candidate will have an engineering degree, preferably at the graduate level. You should also have experience working with power plants and within the medium- and high voltage industry. In addition, you have experience with relay protections and knowledge of the IEC61850 standard. You must be fluent in both Swedish and English, and be willing to travel.

If you are analytical and goal oriented, embrace personal accountability and responsibility and like to drive results, you have the right foundation to be successful in this role.
You are also well organized and take initiative to continuously learn and improve processes to deliver projects safely, on time and with high quality. Furthermore, you have excellent communication skills and ability to forge strong relationships and influence others in a positive way. Prior leadership experience is considered added merit.
Grid Automation System is a relatively small, fast-growing unit with strong collaboration combined with autonomy and the opportunity to take own initiative and grow. We are growing and looking for a Relay Specialist with leadership abilities that can help us create the best new processes and who is interested in shouldering additional responsibility over time.
This role has a broad scope and you will be exposed to many different parts of the organization. You will get insights into our full process, from start to finish, with lots of variety in the day-to-day work. You will have the opportunity to learn about, and possibly influence, the full grid automation process. In addition, you will have the opportunity to take on a leader role in planning and coordinating the work of six relay engineers.
