Key Outline
To drive its global expansion strategy, CCB's Digital, Technology & Communications team is deepening its presence in Sweden, Denmark, Finland and Norway to support internationally oriented mid-market companies. We are now looking to hire an experienced relationship manager in either Sweden / Finland / Denmark / Norway, preferably with experience in the FinTech sector or managing Financial Institutions. Special attention will be given to fast growth disruptors (in sub segments such as Payments, WealthTech, Financial Management Infrastructure etc.) that aim to scale-up their cross-border operations. Our new banker will have an opportunity to expand the CCB franchise in Nordics, leveraging industry expertise and an advisory-led approach to help FinTech companies prosper and grow internationally.

This position requires an experienced relationship manager capable of driving business independently. The successful candidate should have a proven track record in acquiring new clients, originating new business, client coverage skills to deepen relationships, with ability to call at the CEO/CFO level.

Main Responsibilities
Acquire new, multi-product, FinTech customers headquartered in the Nordics, for the Bank, and manage those relationships on an ongoing basis. Own, respond to, uncover and anticipate future needs, roadblocks, risks and expectations
Proper account planning is expected, the RM has to determine and plan the future relationship, business opportunities, products to sell
Collaborate and work closely with various product teams (treasury solution sales, trade finance, markets, corporate finance, capital markets, investment banking), Risk teams, as well as the broader CCB global network. Collaborate with all Nordic teams to develop opportunities
Work closely with EMEA Digital, Technology & Communications Head, EMEA FinTech Head & the wider EMEA Digital & FinTech Teams, and EMEA implementation team, CCB Cash Sales Transactors, Capital Markets Partners, Markets experts, Underwriting / Risk teams, Analysts
Participate in structuring new product solutions specific to FinTech clients and the industry segment.
Monitoring and supporting the products' implementation process
Managing customers and transactions in the CRM platform
Verifying adherence to global Know Your Customer (KYC) standards during the onboarding and periodic review processes
Maintaining overall control and accountability for the managed cross-border transactions referrals
Participate in Nordics ecosystem that supports Digital companies, market events and drive thought leadership / partnership

Experience/Knowledge/Skills/Languages:
Motivation to learn
Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills
Excellent knowledge of the Nordics FinTech market, companies, ecosystem, competition, local regulations
Sound knowledge of banking, treasury / lending / trade / markets products and processes especially when they relate to the FinTech segment, as well as a solid track record of providing effective and thought out banking and financial advice and solutions to clients
Demonstrate an expert level of Early Warning Detection skills (risk and compliance related). Ability to follow through on risks / issues and track them to closure
Ability to assess credit risk of digital/technology/FinTech companies
Demonstrate expert level credit skills; capable of structuring all credit deals and guiding staff through the credit deal approval process
Entrepreneurial mindset and excellent selling skills
Experience in Commercial / Relationship Banking with international customers
Experience of implementation / onboarding process
Team player with the ability to collaborate with the local, regional and global teams, as well as requesting support from the appropriate team members as required
Ability to engage appropriately at all levels in the organization and build relationships with a variety of business and external (Venture capital firms, debt advisory, corporate finance, legal, audit, industry associations and other key industry influencers) sources
English - Fluent
Nordic Languages - Advantageous
Relevant bachelor's degree with preference for Master's from a university or business school
