Job Description

As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for selling and promoting our programs. Together with a small agile team, you build relationships with, and support prospective students in their application- and decision process. This is a hands-on, high activity sales role with a key impact on growing the number of students and revenue in this fast-growing business area.

Your primary focus will be to identify potential students, initiate outreach, handle customer enquiries and to complete sales via phone, email and occasional information meetings. You will be expected to take ownership over sales targets for your program, strive to meet set KPIs and work continuously with sales optimisation to nurture leads into business opportunities. You need to have a holistic approach on the sales process and to be a real do-er with a nothing-is-impossible attitude.

Responsibilities & Tasks

Drive sales via outreach and communication with potential students via phone and email.

Take on ambitious sales targets and see them as an opportunity to contribute to Hyper Island's success.

Constantly seeking and acquiring new sales opportunities.

Nurture relationships to inspire, inform and convert leads into students.

Proactively manage our CRM database (Hubspot) to ensure quality and reporting.

Work effectively in teams but also maximize your individual potential to optimize quality and efficiency of the sales process.

Experience and competence

1+ years previous work experience within sales or customer service or similar.

Bachelor's degree required

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

A natural affinity for communication in person, over the phone or in writing.

A passion for sales and proven drive to reach out and interact with potential students.

The ability to think big but also to execute well.

Experience from working with CRM systems, Hubspot is a plus but not essential.

SKILLS & BEHAVIOURS:

Excellent sales and communication skills; the ideal candidate is a natural networker.

Ability to develop and nurture relationships.

A flexible mindset with a sense for attention to detail.

You're an independent self-starter.

Strong business acumen and commercial instincts.

Well-organized, focused and proactive.

Terms

Full time, start as soon as possible.

Location: Stockholm, Flexible Remote
