The Opportunity
In this role you will be based out of Sweden. You will be responsible to enable our growth in the region by nourishing, building, and developing our existing relationships with our clients with strong focus in the Nordics. You will be working with existing and new accounts and will be the main point of contact for the merchants using Worldline's acquiring and payment services. In this role, you play the role of trusted advisor and you're responsible for our clients' success using the Worldline platform and tech stack.
The Airlines & Travel Relationship Manager is a crucial position that affects every level of the organization. You will be on the front lines of relationship and account development. You own the success of both our clients and our organization. Travel in this role is up to 25%.

Your day-to-day responsibilities:
You represent Worldline's full portfolio of brands with assigned Digital customers in the Airlines & Travel vertical
You make regular meetings with the clients, identify customer needs/priorities and craft fact-based selling presentations for assigned Airline & Travel accounts
You boost all commercial activities including contract renewals, pricing negotiations and delivering against revenue targets
You work with our customers to build an understanding of their roadmap and future-proof the relationship by proactively accommodating their payment needs
You do ongoing analysis and review of business trends to identify gaps to plan and execution
You lead the annual operating plan & forecast process, collaborating with Finance, Business Units and Business Development Manager
You're data-driven and use data analysis to identify areas where we can drive client revenue growth

Signs of success:
You've developed trusted partnerships with global merchants and build long-term relationships at a senior level to ensure we are the key payment processor for their online business
You create strategic business and quarterly account review plans to further enhance the relationship and profitability of our customers
You are the go-to for our customers to navigate through our company. You're not alone in this, and work together with co-workers in the assembled account team consisting of Operational and Administrative people
You maximize growth by increasing the share of wallet and deliver additional revenue streams by up-selling new products and value-added services.
You deliver the best solution after evaluating alternative methods and explore the adaptation of policies, procedures, standards, techniques, materials, and equipment
You possess deep knowledge about our client organizations and how effective decisions are made
You understand and seek business problems specific to our company

Skills we can't do without:
Knowledge of the payments and particularly acquiring landscape
Strong commercial drive and eCommerce/Fintech market knowledge
Skilled negotiator with best-in-class communication and presentation skills
Deep interest in team building and collaboration
An abiding interest in the Fintech space and the Airlines & Travel industry
You thrive in a dynamic, multi-faceted environment


Skills we'd like to have:
You can analyse data combined with in-market understanding and develop and communicate results, ideas, and strategies.
You can lead your own personal travel schedule and T&E budget.
You master the Microsoft Office pack.
Commercial experience in payments, FinTech, or e-commerce
Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM tool
