About the role The Sales Coordinator play a proactive and central role in supporting, facilitating and improving the sales work in terms of systems, processes, follow-up and other business-critical areas.

Monthly/Weekly/Ad Hoc Reporting

Supporting Sales Management and Business Control with regular and ad hoc reporting as required by the business
Responsible for following up mentioned reports and taking action where needed
Play a central part in proactively creating/managing and presenting reports to support business needs and enhance efficiency
First line of support for report-related questions
Marketing - Budget follow-up and support

First line of support regarding marketing planning systems and processes
Responsible for proactively follow up on open marketing items to maximize marketing budget utilization
Responsible for creating marketing plan proposals and for ensuring marketing plans are sufficient
Contract administration and SELMS

Administrate all customer contracts in the country
Knowledge about contract process and guidelines
Support all local contract owners and the Nordic contracts assigned to one country
Create and manage Contract summaries list
The profile Being serviceminded, stress-resistant and proactive is key for this role. You will be involved in a range of processes, and therefore, being able to structure and prioritise your tasks and responsibilities is crucial. This role is concerned with administration and support, and therefore, you need to have a strong drive and interest for this type of work.

Fluent in English and Swedish
Advanced skills in Excel (especially the "Pivot tables" function)
A practical sales support related education or similar is desirable, but not a requirement
Prior experience in admin and/or system and process admin is meriting
Experience from SAP or other ERP-system is meriting
