About the role The job as a Financial Assistant is divided between two different areas, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable in Finance Department.
Tasks Support Travel expense and Company Credit card usage claim on time
Control and approve all employees travel expenses
Manually manage blocked orders for customers
The profile Minimum of 3 years finance work experience, e.g. Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable
University degree, preferably in Finance, Business or related fields is higly meritious
Experience of utilizing SAP R/3 software is higly meritious
MS Office skills, especially Excel
English both written and spoken is mandatory, Swedish is highly meritorus
