Hays Pharma is currently seeking an experienced recruitment consultant with a strong background in either recruitment or pharma sales environment. The successful candidate will have a proven record in recruitment; network within a pharmaceutical industry in Sweden is a big plus. In return, a candidate will be offered a role with one of our leading business units - Pharma.
Your primary duties:
As a senior Consultant within the business you would be expected to come in and hit the ground running. Hays Pharma provide an excellent training program for you to take part in Hays Pharma Headquarters in London and this should add new skills to your current experience and allow you to develop into a leading consultant within the business.
On a day to day basis you will be expected to work as a 360? consultant managing both the candidate and client process with a key focus on business development and building your credibility within the pharma market. As an organisation we have an experienced research group who can offer support for retained search requirements and high level business developed and as such you can focus on new business generation.
On a day to day basis the core duties for this position will involve:
• Developing local market knowledge in Sweden across the pharmaceutical, generics, biotech and CRO companies and proving your expertise as a senior consultant
• Developing a strong candidate base and networking functional experts
• Developing new business opportunities for Hays Pharma Sweden. This will include executive search and contingency business as well as larger project solutions for existing and new clients.
Key attributes and experience required:
Hays Pharma is looking to recruit confident, self motivated, determined and ambitious individuals.
You should be well educated to degree standard, have strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with a variety of customers.
You should have a proven background within recruitment
You should also be able to provide strong examples of building networks, developing business and managing search and contingency assignments.
Your ambition to succeed in a pressurised and competitive yet extremely high integrity based environment must be clearly evident.
