The head office is situated in Hörby, approximately 25 minutes travel from Lund. Atos Medical started the research and development on the first voice prosthesis in 1987 under the name Provox. Throughout the years, Atos Medical has worked to develop Provox as the leading voice and pulmonary rehabilitation system on the market. At the same time, we now allocate substantial development and training resources to our activities in Ear, Nose and Throat. We are 160 employees in Hörby and about 360 in total. The goal is clear: Atos Medical shall lead the way within the entire field of ENT.
www.atosmedical.com.We now need to strengthen our organization with a Reimbursement Specialist, who will work at obtaining reimbursement rights for our products. As Reimbursement Specialist you will be one of the employees in the Marketing department and report to the VP Marketing. You will work at obtaining reimbursement rights for our products, which means getting our products classed as free aids in the countries where they are sold. You will manage and coordinate this work in close collaboration with product development, product management, our subsidiaries, Area Sales Managers and distributors. This position requires autonomy, a thorough understanding of our business and a strong ability to communicate both internally and with external contacts.
Background and Qualifications
• Educational background in economics, healthcare and/or engineering.
• Experience from international work within medical device or equivalent.
• Experience from work with Reimbursement and Health Economics is a definite advantage.
• Driven, inquisitive and business oriented.
• Structured and organized.
• Skills to extract key data and relevant information for further analyze.
• Strong ability for cooperation and to create long lasting relationships.
• High intercultural awareness.
• Fluent in written and spoken English. ?Travelling estimated to 30-40 days per year.
