hela Sverige Risk Reporting & Analytics is looking for a Reporting Development Manager to support our journey of transforming Economic Crime Prevention units reporting and analytics landscape.
In Swedbank you have the opportunity to: Be involved in developing the long-term strategy for risk reporting for ECP.
Develop and improve methods for identifying, measuring, and reporting non-financial risks.
Create detailed risk reports containing qualitative and quantitative components used for decision-making at management level.
Analyse existing processes and propose improvements to increase accuracy and efficiency in risk reporting.
Participate in the design of new and improved metrics and reports across ECPs control units.
Drive data-related issues to ensure increased quality and availability in the reporting.
Conduct comprehensive data analysis to support business objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and ensure accurate reporting.
Continuously improve processes by identifying areas of improvement within current reporting practices.
Communicate findings effectively to stakeholders at all levels.
Provide training and support to staff regarding report design.
Perform executive presentations.
Assist the Head of Risk Reporting in preparing presentation materials for various stakeholders.
What is needed in this role: Minimum of at least 6-8 years of experience working with risk management/risk reporting in a similar role.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Economics, Statistics, law or related field. A master's degree is preferred.
Strong analytical thinking with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
Innovative mindset to explore new methodologies and technologies for improving reporting capabilities.
Willingness to drive change efforts aimed at digitizing and automating processes.
Ability to communicate complex results clearly both verbally and in writing.
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, QlikSense, PowerBI.
Experience in project management is an advantage.
Flexibility in adapting to changes within the industry or organization that impact risk reporting practices.
Excellent English and Swedish written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
