In Swedbank you have the opportunity to:
Secure delivery of appropriate, secure and reliable Baltic and Group Regulatory Reporting services throughout the life-cycle in accordance to the internal and external regulations and standards;
Articulate investment opportunities visions to the relevant stakeholders and manage stakeholder expectations on deliveries;
Ensure that the backlog is in place and prioritize items in the backlog - find the best balance between regulatory, maintenance, life cycle, new functionality etc items;
Collaborate with other teams and APOs in order to secure value stream joint deliveries;
Act as team player in the cross functional team and constantly improve the way of working;
Work in multi-cultural, multi-tasking and challenging environment.
What is needed in this role:
You are an analytical, structured, proactive, creative and driven problem solver;
Having a competence, experience and genuine interest in the Regulatory Reporting framework and experience from the business area such as AnaCredit/KRITA, Basel, COREP, MFID, FINREP, IFRS;
Relevant University degree (Finance, Business administration, Accounting, IT or similar);
Understanding in Enterprise Data Warehouse concept;
Understanding in Agile way of working;
Good written and verbal communication skills in English;
Very good collaboration and communication skills - listen, ask questions, build trust.
