We are looking for a Regulatory Manager to join our team in Helsingborg. You will work as an internal specialist, supporting different projects and engineers in the EMEA region with your expertise in regulatory requirements. Apart from this your work will require external contacts and your ability to cooperate with different teams and individuals will be crucial for our success. We therefore believe you are a person with an open-minded attitude and strong communication skills.
You will provide leadership and directions to the European business regarding product safety and compliance matters as well as lead cross functional projects. Make sure equipment is compliant to European and international norms and directives such as Machinery, Low voltage, Electromagnetic and Pressure equipment and that they are CE approved prior to shipment. You will lead the organization in the risk assessment and technical file process and develop training programs as well as train the organization on product safety and compliance requirements. Continuously you will stay updated on directives, norms and harmonized standards relevant for our products.

You will need to be self-motivated and energetic. Have great communication skills and be able to adapt the message to the competence level of the audience. We see that you are structured and both theoretical and practical. You are result-oriented and enjoys having long term projects and goals.
To qualify for the position, you have a degree within a technical field or equivalent work experience. You have at least 5 years of experience from a similar role or task. Good knowledge in MS Office and it is a requirement to be fluent in both Swedish and English. Any additional language skills are considered an advantage.
