hela Sverige Would you like to join our central Component Management team, working with regulatory requirements in the Food Safety and Environment areas?
Development & Service Operations has the end-to-end responsibility for development, supplier management, production, installation and provide services that ensure we deliver the cost, productivity and quality our customers expect.
Within the Components Supplier Management organisation, we are now looking for a Regulatory Expert to strengthen our team in Lund within the Food Safety and Environment areas.
In this role, you will work in close cooperation with our central global experts, our supply managers and suppliers, and our engineering stakeholders. You will lead and coordinate the supply management way of working towards our suppliers to secure the regulatory compliance.
You will both participate in cross organisational projects and drive operational line activities. In this position, you will work in a sub team of 4 persons. You will be travelling approximately 10% yearly.
Main responsibilities
• Lead implementation of regulatory requirements
• Coordinate, support, and execute operational compliance activities
• Secure competence by providing coaching, training and support
• Drive and participate in internal and external competence and stakeholder networks
• Drive continuous improvement of procedures and tools
Qualifications
We are looking for a result oriented and driven person with a passion for the subject area.
To be successful in this role, it is important that you are analytical and have a methodical approach to your work. You pay strong attention to details, balanced with the ability to see the activities in a larger context and to work in an agile environment.
Your strong communication skills combined with your interpersonal capabilities enable you to easily interact across borders both internally and externally with our suppliers.
The successful candidate has a Master's degree within engineering, preferably Chemistry or Environment profile, in combination with at least 3 years' experience from related areas. You have a good command in English, both written and verbal.
