In this role you are responsible for manage the legal matters as a whole and the articulation with corporate policies in the Nordic cluster. Job Description.

Main responsibilities:
LEGAL:
• Analyse regulatory and legal risks & opportunities for Company Law, Competition Law & Anti-trust and environment law and build legal strategies to ensure business growth.
• Lead the management of key disputes, crisis, conflicts with consumers, customer's authorities, competitors or other stakeholders.
• Implement guidelines and policies of regulatory aspects for Company brands and Corporate branding as well as Company Law, Competition Law & Anti-trust and environment law that reduce legal risk and protect the assets of each cluster's CBU.
• Approve all Business Contracts from the legal standpoint for CBU's in the cluster.
• Provide legal expertise on Sales & Distribution.
REGULATORY:
• Implement, adapt and operationally manage the Danone Global Regulatory Strategy based on business objectives and context.
• Lead the management of key strategic disputes, crises, and conflicts with regulatory authorities, competitors, or other stakeholders with close cooperation with each CBU Quality Director.
• Develop and cultivate an active set of relationships with regulatory organizations stakeholders, self-regulatory groups and industry stakeholders.
The position is for approx. 6 months on a full time basis and we need you to start as soon as possible.
Your profile.
• Law degree
• Min. 5 years of experience in Nordic Consumer, Advertising and Promotion Law & Regulations
• Min. 5 years of experience within the field of Product Law & Food and Pharma Nordic regulations
• Experience of Nordic countries Competition Law & Anti-trust
• Science Knowledge: at least one of the following: Nutrition, Microbiology, Bio-chemistry
• Proven experience in Dispute resolution
• Fluent in Swedish and English, preferably also Finnish
