We want you to develop and progress together with us why we have a positive attitude towards educations and courses that benefit both you as an employee and us as a business.

On Tuesdays and Thursdays, after completing treatments, we engage in workplace development, which can be training, workplace meetings or individual administrative work within the area of responsibility.

- Overseeing the dialysis treatment from start to finish.
- Assess the patient's condition through routine assessments, determining risks, starting and monitoring dialysis treatment.
- Cannulates accesses.
- Identify any adverse/irregular reactions and notify appropriate medical team members.
- Ensure that dialysis machines and equipment are set up correctly.
- Teach patient and significant others how to manage their illness, by explaining: post-treatment home care needs, diet/nutrition/exercise programs, self-administration of medication, if needed.
