We are looking for a new EMEA Regional Transportation Manager to lead and develop our transportation function across the full EMEA region. This is an exciting opportunity as the role is expanding in scope, with new responsibilities and a wider geographical reach. We are looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety, and is motivated by achieving results through collaboration and innovation. Let's accelerate the transformation. Together.

Your mission
As Regional Transportation Manager, you will ensure that goods move efficiently and cost-effectively across the EMEA region. You will lead the regional transportation strategy, drive day-to-day transportation operations, and make sure we meet service, compliance, and safety standards. The role requires both strategic vision and hands-on problem-solving, with the confidence to take initiative and adapt quickly to changing conditions.

You will manage a team of around eight colleagues in Sweden and three in Africa, and work closely with our Trade Compliance team. Together, you will build ways of working that create value for the business and for our customers.

What you will do
Lead and develop the EMEA transportation team, coaching and supporting colleagues to grow and succeed.
Oversee daily transportation operations and ensure on-time delivery in line with service agreements.
Design and implement transportation strategies that optimize cost, service, and sustainability.
Manage and negotiate with carriers and logistics partners, ensuring strong performance and fair agreements.
Monitor transportation KPIs, budgets, and freight costs, using data and analytics to drive improvements.
Secure compliance with legal requirements, company standards, and safety regulations.
Collaborate with planning, customer service, sales, distribution centers, and other functions to deliver on business priorities.
Contribute to our digital transformation by using transportation management systems (TMS) and analytics tools.

Your profile
We believe you are an experienced leader in supply chain and transportation, with the ability to balance both operational and strategic perspectives. You are motivated by building teams, fostering collaboration, and finding smart ways to improve how we work.

You are proactive, results-driven, and comfortable leading in a dynamic and changing environment. You enjoy working with multiple priorities and see challenges as opportunities.

We are looking for someone with:
Leadership skills - ability to coach, support, and inspire a diverse team.
Communication skills - confident in presenting, influencing, and engaging with stakeholders at different levels in an international setting.
Execution skills - able to translate strategy into action and deliver results.
Experience in supply chain or transportation management, including working with carriers and designing transportation networks.
Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data to drive decisions.
Multinational experience and readiness to work across geographies and cultures.
It is an advantage if you have experience with transportation management systems (TMS) and digital tools.
