Formox Sales & Marketing department is seeking an experienced Regional Technical Support Manager who will be responsible for technical support at defined accounts for Europe. The position is located in Perstorp, Sweden and requires travel to customers and potential customer?s sites in Europe. The position will report to Global Technical Support Manager.

Key responsibilities
• For a defined region, participate in execution of process and catalyst related technical support work, such as follow up on plant performance and trouble shooting
• Customer visits including technical meetings and plant audits
• Lead and participate in customer trainings and customer seminars
• Build customer relations together with Regional Sales Managers
• Develop and produce technical documents and training material
• Assist sales organization with technical evaluations
• Lead and participate in the execution of feasibility studies
• Initiate suggestions for improvements and development tasks to be performed

Requirements
We believe you have a master degree in chemical engineering or equivalent. To be successful in this role you must have a minimum of three to five years related experience working with process design, catalyst development and/or technical support. You have strong communication, problem-solving, negotiation and influencing skills, both written and oral. Ability to prioritize customers depending on their specific needs is important to be successful in this role. It is essential that you have good communication skills in English and Swedish. As a person you are outgoing with a positive attitude and can work both independently and in cooperation with others. You enjoy training others and are just as comfortable working on site as negotiating with customers during sales meetings.
