hela Sverige Euromaster is looking for an experienced, self-driven Regional Supply Chain Manager to lead and develop the supply chain operations across Finland and Sweden. This is a key leadership role that blends strategic influence with hands-on operational responsibility - from procurement and demand planning to logistics, inventory management, and delivery performance.
As Regional Supply Chain Manager, you will coach and support local teams, drive process improvements, and play a central role in shaping our regional supply chain strategy. The role requires frequent travel between sites in Finland and Sweden, so a strong willingness to travel is essential. You will work close to the business and customers, regularly visiting points of sale and operational sites.
Main Responsibilities
Lead and develop supply chain operations in Finland and Sweden, ensuring efficiency and operational excellence.
Coach and support local teams, driving a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Lead the S&OP process to secure reliable forecasts, balanced inventories, and high service levels.
Optimize inventory and logistics flows and align strategies with group objectives.
Monitor key KPIs such as forecast accuracy, inventory turnover, product availability, and delivery performance.
Collaborate with procurement, sales, operations, finance, logistics, and the European Supply Chain organization.
Drive process and system improvements to strengthen performance and scalability.
