Key responsibilities:
Create the best Customer offer
• Develop the way of working with distribution for the region together with the Sales Market teams
• Support Sales market teams on setting the strategy for initial allocation and replenishment strategy together with Sales Market Supply Chain Merchandisers and Regional Merchandise managers
• Follow up and hold allocation strategy meetings
• Follow up store quantity guideline per store segment based on demand
• Initiate garment moves between the Sales Markets
• Support the regional team and Sales Markets with proposing actions to keep a balanced stock situation and stock freshness.
• Close contact and drive commercial priorities to logistics on a regional level
• Support Regional Merchandise Managers in creating an overview of high allocation and replenishment periods based on income and selling to be communicated to the sales markets and logistics.
Drive profitable and sustainable growth in your region
• Secure and control stock levels in the Region which support profitable growth with minimum reduction cost.
• Support and set the strategy of Sale together with Regional HoM and Sales Markets in Sale Planning.
• Keep frequent and transparent communication with Logistic and work together with the Logistics department to make sure that their activity supports the selling and stock goals for the region and Sales Markets.
• Analyze and support Sales Markets on delivery frequency
• Have a close contact and collaboration with Online
Be a leader
• Be the informal leader of the team and support team members in stock management.
• Act as the analytical engine, generate insights and recommend actions around all processes related to allocation and replenishment for Region.
• Develop team members by sharing knowledge within the scope of your role
• Motivate the team members and fellow colleagues within the global functions and countries to drive a knowledge based commercial plan approach
Who you are and your background
• A background that provides you with a thorough and holistic understanding of the retail business is a plus.
• Able to process and analyze large data sets and convert them to action
• You have advance knowledge of Microsoft Excel and any of the following will be a strong plus: PowerBI, VBA, Tableau, DAX, SQL, Python or Alteryx.
• Most likely you have a university degree in Business, Mathematics, Economics or Engineering
• You are able to think analytically and enjoys working on a strategic level
• You have a strong entrepreneurial approach
• You have great communication skills to be able to build relationships globally across functions
Are you ready to join? This is a full-time position based in Stockholm. You will become a part of the Merchandising team in Region North and report directly to the Regional Head of Merchandising.
