Join our team
The Parts & Services divisions SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environment and Quality) team are now looking for three new colleagues to join the journey to further develop and improve the safety culture in Epiroc and drive our non-financial targets: one regional SHEQ Manager per one division (PSN, PSA and PSE). The role is a wide-ranging and exciting job that gives access to a broad network of contacts at a workplace that prioritizes safety, health and sustainability. Epiroc's overall targets for people and planet constitutes the foundation for everything we do.

Your mission
As the Regional SHEQ Manager, you play a significant role in achieving a sustainable operation, where our main targets are to be an injury-free workplace and to cut our CO2 emissions by 50%.
You do this through supporting decision-making processes by visualizing and communicating SHEQ targets and results, driving initiatives that improve safety and sustainability. In the role you work closely with SHEQ responsible within the PSD admin entities in the region and other Epiroc divisions, following up on performance and progress, and sharing best practice. An import part in the role is that you turn Epiroc sustainability strategy into actionable results and deliver on targets in a timely manner.
You will be closely working with PSD VP Operations, global Service Operations team, Supply Chain team, Human Resources team and Customer Centers for developing SHEQ tools, projects and training.

As the role is recently new to the organization. There is plenty of room for the right person to shape and develop it.
In this role, you will be reporting to the Global SHEQ Manager for the Parts & Services divisions.

You have a Bachelor of Science degree in Sustainability, Industrial engineering or similar or equivalent work experience within the SHEQ area and Customer Center experience.
Strong English verbal and written communications skills is essential, as the role involves communicating colleagues globally.

Location and travel
The location for this role is preferably in one of Epiroc Customer Centers or Epiroc offices in the region. Occasional travel might be required in this role.
