Job Description

The Regional Services Sales Support Director is the leader of our Client Services Partners and Specialists in a specific Region. They are responsible for contributing to the global strategy, in partnership with the Global Services Sales Support Director, ensuring that an approach based on global consistency resonates at regional and local level.
The Regional Services Sales Support Director is accountable for the execution of the strategy at regional and local level, delivering performance objectives throughout the year. The Regional Services Sales Support Director is a key stakeholder for our Regional and Business Unit Presidents and the relevant COO's and Sales Leadership of these units.
Drive the transition to a primarily recurring revenue model of Services, in a given Region.
Own overall responsibility for service sales bookings performance (new and installed base), in the Region.
Establish a trusted and strategic advisor relationship with sales and customer success management to help drive continued value of our customers.
Drive quality and integrity through the Services Sales Support function to maximize Customer Success and a predictable and profitable business for IFS
Assisting the Sales team to improve deal velocity by helping prospects understand how to be successful with IFS
Maximize the subscription-based services sold to customers and partners, in a given Region.
Line Manage the Client Services Partners and Specialists including mentoring, performance managing and coaching a high performing Services Sales Support unit.
In collaboration with the VP, Global Customer Services GTM, and recognizing the current and future needs of our Customers and IFS in the focus region, make strategic decisions on the shape and focus of our Client Services Partners to maximize performance and profitability across the business.

Furthermore, the Regional Serives Sales Support Director is heading a team of +15 employees.

Qualifications

The Regional Services Sales Support Director is a result orientated individual with a track-record of high-performance management of large teams.
Must have a track record of developing (hiring, coaching, performance managing) senior individuals and building successful teams.
Must be very competent at making strategic decisions and prioritizing evolving business needs as required.
Excellent C-Level communication (both internal and external)
Drive discipline, quality and consistency of performance and process through the organization.
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, decentralized, geographically and culturally diverse teams.
Self-driven and proactive in nature.
Remain familiar and up to date with all aspects of the Services portfolio and be able to position and sell successfully.
Be open for inputs from Customer Success function, architect team and sales regarding services portfolio.
Must live the IFS Values.

Essential qualifications:
10+ years of experience including both Management and Customer facing roles.
Must be able to demonstrate commercial awareness and proof of sustained success.
Proficiency in English Language and local language.
Strong verbal and written communication and strategic planning skills.
Comfortable working across multiple functions and geographical locations in a deadline-driven environment.
Open for travelling as required.

Desirable:
Services Sales Management experience.
