What we are looking for
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Regional Segment Leader Nordic to help us develop our Nordic market shares into Mining, Metals & Minerals (MMM) segment. A strong contributor to this objective will be thought leadership, C-level engagement and deep understanding of Schneider EcoStruxure Power and Sustainability value proposition. Platforming & identification of key opportunities in the zone. Pursuit of major MMM and "Green MMM" projects in the zone. You will be the Sustainability advisor of MMM industry customers in the Nordics.
Manage Strategic accounts and Segments through deep customer relationships and value propositions
Promote and sell the full Schneider Electric Energy management offers, solutions and services to MMM segment end users
Influence & Sell to key targeted MMM end users in the zone.
Prescribe EcoStruxure Power offers & energy management software's.
Drives Energy management Products, Software's and Services sales growth to MMM customers.
Promote Schneider electric Sustainability services to MMM industry
Map and influence the key electrical and Hydrogen EPCs/Process OEMs in the zone (in cooperation with Renewable Segment Leader)
Required skills and experiences
Demonstrable an extensive experience in the MMM Segment as a provider of solutions and services
Successful track record of strategic account development, effective account management and ability to close significant deals, strong technical and sales expertise in Medium Voltage & Low Voltage including digital software applications relating to industrial automation, energy management and energy automation hardware and software
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Swedish and English will be complemented by sound negotiation and stakeholder management skills
Pragmatic, highly adaptable, agile and comfortable operating in a highly matrix environment which invariably presents ambiguous scenarios at times.
