We are looking for an outstanding Sales Leader to join our amazing team in Stockholm. You will play a crucial role in taking the Stockholm business to the next level as we continue to develop our organization.

Role and responsibilities

Your Role:

• Lead the Stockholm sales organization on daily basis and develop the team to reach sales excellence
• Inspire the team and find new ways to develop the sales organization
• Ensure achievement of revenue budget for the Sales Teams in Stockholm
• Accurately reporting Stockholm sales performance to the Global Sales manager
• Plan and implement strategic and tactical activities / processes to optimise the organisation, in line with the strategy for Mynewsdesk

What are we looking for:

• University Degree and/or proven success at B2B sales management
• Strong record of leadership, + 5 years
• + 5 years experience from SaaS businesses
• Successful history of selling to new customers
• A strong understanding to Customer Success
• Strong influencing, negotiation and closing skills
• Passion for PR/Communications
• Proactive, independent, creative and innovative thinker
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal (Swedish)
• Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced, results orientated environment
• Be an honest, transparent and trustworthy team member, and actively involved in achieving team objectives
